Calculation of average given a frequency table is simple, 
The procedure is as follows, 

1. Multiply each value of x (Number of Laptops) with its corresponding frequency value. 

2. add the product of the data point and the frequency. 

3. Add the frequency values

Divide the answer in 2 to the answer in 3.

16*0 + 7*1 + 11*2 + 12*3 + 3*4 + 1* 5  = 82

Frequency sum = 16 + 7 + 11 + 12 + 3 + 1 = 50

Average laptops sold per day  = 82/50  = 1.64
